What To Expect At Your First Visit

You made an appointment with me. I am so excited to meet with you.

What's next?! Great question! Once all your information is in the system you will get an email to fill out the New Patient Paperwork before your appointment.

What should I wear? Something comfortable that you can move in and something that allows me to get to what's hurting you. If it is your knee, please wear shorts. If its your shoulder, please wear a sport bra or a loose fitting tank top.

Each session will start from a bottoms up approach, I will look at everything from your stance, your squat and your range of motion. I will do special tests and a full assessment. I don't just want you to feel better during the session, I want you to feel better after. I want to find the cause of your pain
